LET’S LEARN ABOUT POMODORO

First, we need to know what Pomodoro technique is.

The Pomodoro technique is a method of managing time and was developed by Italian Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The Pomodoro Technique teaches us to work with time, instead of struggling against it.

The Pomodoro timer is a well-known productivity interval that has been shown to improve your productivity. It gives you a prescribed interval of 25 minutes of work followed by a 5-minute break. After 4 work intervals, there is a 15-minute break.

Process of Pomodoro technique:

My experience:

I had to complete my project 4 on Wednesday (30th December 2020) but due to my laziness, I couldn’t do that, then I learned this technique in my course and I thought, I should try this technique in completing my amal course. I set the timer to 25 minutes and started my course, In meanwhile my mobile phone started beeping so I turned off the Wi-Fi then my internet connection had to get some problems, this thing makes me frustrated but I managed it and my first-timer of 25 min rang, then I took 5 min break and ate some dry fruits. Then I set the timer again, In 2nd time woo I completed my course that time I couldn’t believe that I completed my project 4.l know that if I was doing my work like as usual then I could not able to complete my project work in just 42 minutes.

Few benefits which i noticed while using Pomodoro technique

  1. Manage distractions and control my time.
  2. Decrease back pain and mental fatigue.
  3. Maintained motivation.
  4. Different level of focus.
  5. 25 minutes felt like a whole hour .

I am happy with my overall experience.

You may delay, but time will not, and lost time is never found again
