In decision theory and general systems theory, a mindset is a set of assumptions, methods, or notions held by one or more people or groups of people. A mindset can also be seen as arising out of a person’s worldview or philosophy of life.

There are two different types of mindset:

People with a fixed mindset believe that these qualities are inborn, fixed, and unchangeable.

Those with a growth mindset, on the other hand, believe that these abilities can be developed and strengthened by way of commitment and hard work.

Amal and I believed that a growth mindset is better than a fixed mindset.

Developing A Growth Mindset .

Self-talk:

Self talk is always beneficial for me .At the end of the day I always like to analyze myself for what I did today and how I can improve myself.

Getting out from comfort zone :

This is a very essential part in growing stage, if you just work in your comfortable area ,then you will never be more confident. I joined Amal because I want to be confident and a real challenger ..

My fav tips are creating new habits and self talk. I always like to adopt new habits

I have already implemented to get out of my comfort zone and trust me that was hard but it is going so well.

If you want to develop a growth mindset ,then you need to believe in yourself first, that you can bring change and you can do it …..
