𝐀 𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥 -𝐀𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐞

As the great philosopher said; A man is a social animal that means man cannot live alone. He must satisfy certain natural basic needs in order to survive. He has to enter into relationships with his fellowmen for living a life. Good communication is one of the most important aspects to having a healthy relationship. Sometimes this means being honest and having uncomfortable conversations with any individual of the society.

It allows us to form connections, influence decisions, and motivate change. Without communication skills, the ability to progress in the working world and in life, itself, would be nearly impossible. Public speaking is one of the most important and most dreaded forms of communication.

Keeping in touch with Amal family

The Amal journey has ended, but the connections that have been made between this time span will continue to be with me. We will continue to have our zoom meetings, WhatsApp group call, meme tagging, group chats. Planning on physical meetups.

“Circle:6” we will always be together, we are as strong as LUCKY CEMENT.

The beautiful thing about learning is that nobody can take it away from you.

The fellowship has ended but the learning is going to be with me for the rest of my life. The Amal Fellowship has helped me to improve my interview skills which was really needed in my professional journey. It also helps me to boost my confidence and enhanced presentation etiquettes. The Amal fellowship also taught me to manage my time and to carry myself even under pressure of work.

Taking Flight

Life is a circle. The end of one journey is a beginning of the next.

The last session was mix plate emotion for us. We were happy, sad , overwhelmed at the same time. Nobody wanted to leave the session and the session was exceeded. We talked about many things, cracked jokes, sang songs and also forced our facilitator's to sing as well. At the beginning of the session, the batch had decided to surprise our facilitator's. After a solid ten minutes we opened our cameras and showed the card that we had made for them .

After that one of our fellow surprised all of us to slam poetry, that was unbelievably beautiful we all were awestruck.

An interesting activity in the last session

In between all the fun activities we did in our last session the one where I truly experienced both fun and mind exercise was the scavenger hunt. We were divided in two groups and each member had to solve two riddles and take pictures with the objects that we had solved. We had a total of 50 riddles that we had to figure out by the end of the game. The game was as refreshing as ever, we had both fun and refreshing our minds.
